About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer customer requests via Phone, Chat, and Email in real time.

2. Troubleshoot account, security, and shopping issues without relying on rigid scripts.

3. Assist with identity verification, account security concerns, and help prevent potential fraud.

4. Navigate multiple computer systems and Amazon internal tools to resolve issues efficiently.

5. Work in rotating shifts, including night/overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
