About the job

Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and referrals.
Connect with parents and explain Spikitech's AI learning programs for kids.
Schedule and coordinate free demo classes with qualified prospects.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for demos, enrollments, and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Handle customer objections professionally and close admissions.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve conversions and customer experience.
Build long-term relationships with parents through regular communication and post-enrollment support.
Stay updated on AI education trends and Spikitech's course offerings.
Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
