About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
2. Prepare invoices, billing, and voucher entries.
3. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
4. Maintain ledgers and perform bank reconciliation.
5. Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
6. Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
7. Assist in GST documentation and filing (basic knowledge preferred).
8. Coordinate with management for financial reporting and other accounting activities.
9. Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions
