About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records.
2. Prepare and generate invoices, quotations, and bills using Busy Software and Tally.
3. Handle purchase entries, sales entries, journal entries, and payment/receipt vouchers.
4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
5. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
6. Prepare and maintain GST records, including GST filing support and compliance.
7. Generate financial reports, ledgers, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
8. Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
9. Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting financial documents.
10. Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping while maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
11. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
12. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Other requirements

1.



Strong working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software and Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

2. Experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record management.

3. Positive understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and basic accounting principles.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
