About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure all guests receive excellent service throughout their visit.
2. Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer engagement.
3. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints tactfully.
4. Build solid guest relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
5. Ensure customer feedback is collected and communicated to management.
6. Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
7. Coordinate guest flow to minimize waiting time.
8. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in guests professionally.
9. Maintain accurate client records and appointment details.
10. Ensure proper billing, invoice generation, and payment collection.
11. Promote memberships, packages, retail products, and ongoing offers.
12. Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest requirements.
13. Support the branch in improving conversion ratios and customer retention.
14. Coordinate with therapists, stylists, and technicians for smooth service delivery.
15. Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
16. Maintain proper stock of guest amenities and front desk materials.
17. Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and operational policies.
18. Prepare daily reports related to appointments,



sales, collections, and guest feedback.
19. Manage billing and payment transactions accurately.
20. Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods responsibly.
21. Ensure proper record keeping and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
