Our team specializes in AdTech, AI/ML, and large-scale data systems.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Manual Testing Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure product quality through manual testing. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, careful monitoring of platform workflows, and thorough validation of web and mobile application features. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both operational responsibilities and quality assurance tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:OperationsManage day-to-day operational activities across the platformMonitor workflows, reports, uploads, and admin panel processesMaintain operational trackers, records, and status updatesIdentify process gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issuesCoordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-upsSupport content flow management and operational escalationsEnsure timely completion of assigned operational tasksManual TestingPerform manual testing of web, Android, and iOS applicationsValidate new features, bug fixes, and release updatesPrepare and execute test cases,



test scenarios, and checklistsIdentify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction stepsConduct regression, smoke, and sanity testingRe-test resolved issues and confirm successful implementationVerify UI, functionality, and end-to-end user flowsEnsure a smooth and consistent user experience across modulesRequired Skills and CompetenciesGood understanding of manual testing processes and defect reportingFamiliarity with web and mobile application testingStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage operational and testing responsibilities simultaneouslyProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reportingAbility to work in a structured and process-driven mannerPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline1–3 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or manual testingFamiliarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platformsExperience working with admin panels, digital platforms, or content-based applications will be an advantageCandidate ProfileDetail-oriented, responsible, and well-organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCapable of handling repetitive validation tasks with high accuracyStrong team player with the ability to coordinate across functionsWork RequirementThis is a full-time, in-office position.Candidates must be available to work from the office in Kolkata, West Bengal.Remote work or work-from-home is not applicable for this role.How to apply: Share your portfolio and resume to [email protected]
