The organization values creativity, customer-centric thinking, and sustainable growth within the global wellness market.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to domestic and international customer enquiriesConnect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channelsUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable programes / RetreatsFollow up with leads consistently and drive conversionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clientsManage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closureNegotiate and address customer queries to support the conversion processMaintain accurate lead and customer information in CRMAchieve individual and team sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsConfident in handling domestic and international clientsGood follow-up and lead conversion skillsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedComfortable using CRM systems and digital communication toolsExperience in wellness, hospitality, travel, luxury, or service-based industries will be an added advantage?
