You'll interact with customers across phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, helping them throughout their buying journey—from answering product queries to assisting with checkout and post-purchase support.Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction, conversions, and overall customer experience.What You'll DoCall customers who have abandoned their carts and help them complete their purchase.Assist customers with product-related questions and buying decisions.Resolve customer concerns related to checkout, payments, orders, deliveries, and product usage.Handle customer conversations across phone calls, WhatsApp,
