We're looking for a creative, versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team and help bring client brands to life across digital platforms.Role Overview: We're looking for someone who can seamlessly move between static design and video editing — creating scroll-stopping social media content, ad creatives, and brand videos for multiple clients simultaneously. You'll work closely with our content strategy and paid media teams to translate campaign briefs into high-performing visual content.Key Responsibilities:Design static and carousel creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic social media postsEdit short-form and long-form video content — reels, ad videos, brand films, testimonialsWork from raw footage/content to create polished, on-brand final assetsAdd motion graphics, subtitles, sound design,



and transitions to enhance video contentMaintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all client accountsCollaborate with account managers and strategists to understand campaign objectives and translate them visuallyManage multiple projects and client deadlines simultaneouslyStay updated on design trends, video formats, and platform-specific content best practices (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Organize and maintain a structured library of raw and edited assetsRequired Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools like CapCut, Canva Pro)Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and compositionSolid grasp of video pacing, storytelling, and editing for social media (especially reels/shorts)Basic motion graphics/animation skillsAbility to work with brand guidelines and adapt design style across different client brandsGood time management and ability to handle multiple briefs at onceGood to Have:Experience designing ad creatives specifically for Meta/Google Ads campaignsUnderstanding of what performs well in paid social vs organic contentBasic knowledge of shooting/framing for video (in case of on-site shoots)Prior agency experience handling multiple client accountsWhat We're Looking For:A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing both design and video editing workSomeone detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and open to feedbackA creative thinker who can also execute quickly and efficientlyRequirements:Immediate joiners preferredBased in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
