Delivery Lead Finance Domain

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong Finance & Accounts background to lead enterprise ERP implementation projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance operations, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery while working closely with clients implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or SAP S/4HANA.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring excellent communication, business process understanding, and willingness to travel within India and overseas as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and delivery projects for multiple clients.
- Manage large customer engagements and collaborate with client leadership teams.
- Drive successful implementation and go-live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Analyze and map business processes to ERP solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in Finance & Accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle financial accounting processes including statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and consolidation of accounts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Act as a Functional Solution Architect for finance modules.
- Lead knowledge management and capability-building initiatives within the organization.




- Support change management, user training, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure project quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- CA or M.Com qualification is mandatory.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Robust understanding of financial accounting, statutory compliance, consolidation of accounts, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects is preferred.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or SAP S/4HANA is desirable. ERP product training can be provided for suitable candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally based on project requirements.
