Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in IPO processes, listing compliance, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finalization of accounts. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in coordinating with merchant bankers and other regulatory stakeholders throughout the IPO process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute end-to-end IPO-related activities.
- Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, Registrars, Auditors, and other intermediaries involved in the IPO process.
- Handle Listing Compliance and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage Finalization of Accounts, statutory audits, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, Stock Exchange requirements, and other statutory provisions.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants,



regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Assist in due diligence, documentation, and regulatory filings related to fundraising and corporate actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of all statutory filings.

Required Skills & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in IPO execution and Listing Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of coordinating with Merchant Bankers during IPO and listing processes.
- Hands-on experience in Finalization of Accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Good understanding of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Stock Exchange compliances.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
