Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency within the SME sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with key SME clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and aligning bank services with their business goals.
- Lead EEG initiatives that contribute to market leadership and innovation in SME banking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized financial solutions that address client-specific challenges.
- Monitor financial market trends to identify opportunities for current client engagement and services expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze and report on business performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
