Arte Designs LLP is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries.

Accounts Management: Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.

Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely GST filing, TDS deduction, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS for management.

Payroll: Process payroll, reimbursements, and maintain employee records.

Project Costing: Track project-wise expenses and assist in budgeting for interior projects.

Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education:



B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance. Knowledge of GST and TDS is mandatory.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in design, construction, or service industry.

Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Other: Valuable communication skills and ability to work independently.
