- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with prior authorizations when required.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and follow-up appointments as directed by clinical staff.
- Coordinate diagnostic tests, specialist referrals, and follow-up care.
- Monitor patient care plans and ensure timely completion of recommended services.
- Assist with patient registration, intake documentation, and consent forms.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative and patient support duties as assigned.
