Role & responsibilities

Job Description of Emergency Management Executive • Looking after manpower management in terms of attendance, leave, duty roster • Attendance management. • Looking after emergency management service in terms of liaison with district hospital authorities, district administration & other stake holders • Handling employees issues initially. • Strict monitoring of implementation of different SOPs of emergency management service • Vendor management at district level • Monitoring of fleet (ambulance) in terms of on-road • Looking after technical health of ambulance field level decision making for repair & maintenance (responsible for R&M; cost)



• Maintain KMPL of vehicles at its highest level & ensuring timely scheduled service • Interaction with technical professionals for implementation of technical jobs related to fleet • Submission of various reports related to Operations / Fleet / HR / SCM • Ensure 100% fleet on-road • Ensure emergency management service at its actual nature • Be a perfect bridge in between organization & its front level employees.

Qualification : B. Tech

1-4 years of experience in any field
