We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Area Manager to lead our Insurance Regulatory Department (IRDA) in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in IRDA regulations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with IRDA regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance on IRDA regulations to employees.
- Monitor and report on regulatory compliance and risk management.
