Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
