Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L1 Client Servicing Specialist to provide functional support for ERP applications and ensure seamless client engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong client servicing skills, ERP application knowledge, basic SQL expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot functional issues while working closely with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 support for ERP applications and client issues.
- Coordinate with clients to understand, analyze, and resolve functional queries.
- Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Perform basic SQL operations including Select, Update, Backup, Restore, and Profiler.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Work with ticketing systems to manage incidents and service requests.
- Travel to client locations across Kolkata,



Eastern India, and other locations as required.
- Prepare documentation and communicate issue status to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.
