Job Description

Global Talent Square (2COMS Group) is looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand & Marketing Executive to drive brand strategy, content marketing, social media, and campaign execution across multiple international recruitment and study abroad verticals.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in branding, digital marketing, content planning, creative development, and stakeholder management. This role offers an opportunity to build a global brand while working closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging marketing creatives, social media posts, presentations, brochures, and event branding using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with business teams, design studio, SEO, website, PR, and paid marketing partners.
- Develop marketing collaterals, campaign assets, success stories, testimonials, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, competitor activities,



and industry trends to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all online and offline channels.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the Marketing Associate to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Salary: 6LPA INR Per Month

Requirements

- 4 8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint (Portfolio of 5 8 creatives is mandatory).
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, Meta Business Suite, and basic marketing analytics.
- Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Study Abroad, EdTech, or Immigration will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
