Currently we are having an job opportunity for the position of Branch Heads / HoSS at our organization.

Job PurposeTo lead branch P&L;, drive revenue and profitability across all sectors/services, ensure exceptional client service, oversee operations, compliance, resource optimisation, and promote business growth within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business & Financial Leadership

- Own branch P&L;: revenue, operating profit, cashflow and DSO.
- Guide Sector/Service Leads to achieve financial targets.
- Preparation of Business Plan
- Expand services, identify new business lines, develop regional markets.

B. Client & Market Development

- Identify high-potential clients; build solid client relationships.
- Network actively for business opportunities across sectors.
- Work with NSHs and Leads for regional sales & marketing strategies.

C. Operational Leadership

- Ensure smooth operations across all sectors in the branch.
- Maintain visibility on all ongoing projects and performance.
- Drive resource planning, allocation and utilisation.

D. Governance, Compliance & Quality





- Ensure full adherence to ethics, integrity, impartiality, confidentiality.
- Ensure implementation of QMS, EHS, Contract Management, Apex system.
- Lead corrective actions with QTR/EHS teams.

E. People Leadership

- Align Leads to organisational objectives, coach for sector growth.
- Build capability in the branch through manpower planning.
- Develop Leadership pipeline
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance & conformance.

F. External Partnerships

- Identify JV partners, competent agencies for service delivery.

- Branch Revenue & Profitability (vs. targets)
- DSO & Cashflow
- Customer Satisfaction Index
- Sector Contribution Growth
- Resource Utilisation %
- Compliance score (QMS, EHS, Apex)
- Staff productivity & retention
