- Good communication skills
- Advanced excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Countif, Conditional Formatting, Duplicates, Sumifs, Filter)

- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
- Detail oriented with positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime).
- Knowledge in PF, ESIC, Gratity, PTax etc.
