Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting activities.
- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in scheduling meetings and managing client interactions.
- Coordinate with prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Accompany Senior Relationship Managers for client meetings to gain hands-on exposure to relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions.
- Support day-to-day sales operations and backend coordination.
- Learn and understand financial products, wealth management services, and client relationship practices.
- Build strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills while working closely with the sales team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresh graduates (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, or any Bachelor's degree) are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will have an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and eager to interact with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a quick-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
- Individuals looking to build a long-term career in Sales, Relationship Management, or the Financial Services industry.
