Supplier Relations

Recykal seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Supplier Relation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the ferrous and non-ferrous metals market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers and vendors in the scrap industry.

2. Evaluate supplier capabilities, including their financial stability, reliability, and quality standards.
3. Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and ethical standards in the procurement process.
4. Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers related to quality, delivery, or contractual obligations.
5. Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics to optimize
6. Sourcing strategies and mitigate risks.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in scrap sourcing and procurement.
8. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
B.Tech or MBA/PG having 3 + years of experience in capex/opex/raw material sourcing
Strong understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including properties, applications, and industry standards.
Valuable to have knowledge in understanding of different scrap grades, market pricing, and quality standards.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
