Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support Sales, Business Development, Factory, and Customer Operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between customers, Factory, NPD, and Business Development teams.
- Collect, verify, and process customer orders.
- Create current customer accounts, item masters, and maintain price mapping.




- Coordinate sales order processing and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up on customer payments and overdue reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment reconciliation and customer queries.
- Prepare primary sales reports, MIS reports, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Coordinate production planning, dispatches, and order execution with the Factory.
- Prepare Finished Goods (FG) and Packaging Material (PM) stock reports for customers.
- Coordinate customer sample requirements and routine customer communications.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
- Experience working with ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from FMCG or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
