- Must have valuable communication skills in English.
- Need to resolve customer queries over chat
- Need to resolve customer queries related to wrong items received, late delivery, damaged product, refund, etc.
- Minimum Qualification Required: 10+2 or above.
- Required Versant Test minimum passing score 4 & above.
- CTC 22000 & in hand 19000
- Night rotational Shift; Any 9-hour shift
- Cab Facility: In odd hours only, one-sided cab facility available
- Weekly Offs 2 rotational week offs
- Interview Process 3 rounds of personal interview ( HR, Operation & client), followed by Versant & Typing Assessment.
