Job Description ? Executive ? Operations (LD ? Grocery 3P Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onboarding and process training for 3P associates across Grocery operations.

- Deliver training on SOPs, safety, quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

- Assess training effectiveness through audits, floor observations, and performance tracking.

- Identify skill gaps and implement refresher training programs.

- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, certifications, and MIS reports.

- Partner with Operations teams to drive process adherence and improve operational performance.

- Support new process rollouts and change management initiatives.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.





- 2?4 years of experience in Learning Development, Training, or Operations within Grocery, Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL/3P environments.

- Solid presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

- Willingness to travel across sites, if required.
