Role Summary
Manage end-to-end 3P grocery operations across fulfillment centers and dark stores, ensuring SLA adherence, partner performance, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across assigned 3P sites.
- Drive KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Monitor and improve 3P partner performance and SLA compliance.
- Optimize inventory, capacity utilization, and operational costs.
- Resolve operational escalations and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review operational MIS and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop site operations teams.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 8?10 years of experience in Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience managing third-party (3P) operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Robust analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
