Role Details

**Position:** Business Development Manager (BDM)

**Shift:** 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**2nd & 4th Saturday:** Half-Day

**Holidays:** 24 Paid Holidays Annually

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage leads in the luxury residential segment

* Handle end-to-end B2C sales cycle (site visits, presentations, negotiations & closures)

* Engage with HNI clients including business owners and premium homeowners

* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution

* Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience

* Represent the brand with professionalism and premium presentation

Eligibility Criteria





* Minimum **2+ years of experience** in B2C / Retail / Real Estate / Interiors Sales or high-ticket sales

* Fluent in **English + 1 Regional Language (Mandatory)**

* Smart personality with excellent communication & negotiation skills

* Strong presentation and closing abilities

* Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice (max 15 days) preferred
