Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Configure and customize SAP PP module including:
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Routing & Work Centers
- Production Orders & Process Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Demand Management

- Perform end-to-end SAP PP implementations and rollouts.
- Conduct business process mapping (AS-IS & TO-BE) and gap analysis.
- Integrate SAP PP with other modules:

- MM (Materials Management)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- QM (Quality Management)
- PM (Plant Maintenance)

- Prepare functional specifications (FS) for developments and enhancements.
- Support testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
- Create user manuals and conduct end-user training.
- Ensure system optimization and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing,



Supply Chain, or IT.
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP PP module.
- Solid understanding of:
- Manufacturing processes (Discrete / Process Industry)
- Production planning concepts and scheduling

- Hands-on experience in:

- MRP configuration and execution
- BOM & Routing management
- Shop floor control

- Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integration points (PP-MM, PP-SD, PP-QM).
- Ability to create functional documentation and work with technical teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
- Knowledge of PP-DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
- Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps related to production planning.
- Certification in SAP PP is a plus.
