We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely compliance of all applicable laws, managing tax and legal filings, and supporting the accounts and audit teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws, including Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC, Companies Act, and others

Prepare workings for TDS, GST returns, and reconciliation of GSTR 2B with books, along with PTax, PF, and ESIC calculations

Reconcile company data and actual returns filed to ensure accuracy

Guide and support accounts team members in proper tax planning and compliance practices

Stay updated on changes in laws and proactively assess their impact on the company

Prepare and educate the team on relevant changes in laws and their implications

Conduct internal audits on a monthly basis to assess compliance risks and provide reports

Assist the CA with statutory and tax audits, preparing necessary working papers





Handle additional tasks as assigned by management

Adhere to all company processes and policies to ensure smooth operations

Generate and submit accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Reporting Manager by the 2nd of each month

Offer support to colleagues and complete tasks assigned by top management as needed

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of experience in compliance management or related fields

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce (B

Com/M

Com), or intermediate qualification in CMA/CA

Robust knowledge of tax laws, GST, Income Tax, and compliance regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
