Hospital Maintenance Executive

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Maintenance Executive to manage and oversee the maintenance of our multi-speciality hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all hospital utilities, equipment, and infrastructure while maintaining safety, quality, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day maintenance of hospital buildings and infrastructure.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, fire fighting, DG sets, lifts, STP, WTP, UPS, and medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS).
- Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.




- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service records.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, fire safety norms, and other statutory requirements.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and schedules for management review.
