We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Interiors) to lead the planning and execution of the organization's internal interior development projects. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, quality, procurement coordination, contractor management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of internal interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with internal design, procurement, engineering, production, and execution teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors at project sites.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and execution as per approved designs.
- Track project costs and implement cost-control measures.




- Resolve site-related technical and execution challenges.
- Ensure timely availability of materials through coordination with procurement and stores.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Drive process improvements and ensure efficient project execution.

Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- 7/15 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Proven experience managing luxury hospitality, residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
- Solid understanding of project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
