- Ensure smooth store operations during the assigned shift.
- Lead and supervise Baristas and Store Helpers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and caf cleanliness.
- Handle cash opening, closing, and reconciliation accurately.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and report stock requirements.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and audit standards.
- Complete daily shift checklists and operational reports.
- Coach team members and ensure grooming and attendance compliance.
- Escalate operational issues, maintenance concerns, and customer complaints to the Store Manager.
