Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Developer with 8-10 years of experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Data Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations while ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Work with Workday data migrations, conversions, and data management activities.
- Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll,



and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday systems.

Required Skills:

- 8-10 years of overall IT experience with strong Workday Integration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Robust understanding of Workday HCM data and business processes.
- Experience in integration design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
