Job Summary:

Padam Interiors is looking for an experienced QS Manager to join the Procurement Department, specializing in interior fit-out projects. The role focuses on managing procurement-related quantity surveying functions, including cost estimation, vendor management, and procurement planning to ensure cost efficiency and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets aligned with procurement requirements.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Obtain and analyze quotations, conduct comparative statements, and finalize vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per project timelines.
- Perform rate analysis and maintain updated cost databases for materials and vendors.
- Coordinate closely with design, execution, and project teams for material specifications and requirements.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.




- Track procurement budgets and control costs across projects.
- Develop and maintain solid vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Support tendering activities and assist in subcontractor finalization.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and suggest cost-saving strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects with strong procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge of materials, vendor networks, and procurement practices in interior works.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost control.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
