Role & responsibilities

- Maintain refrigeration equipment such as deep freezers, chillers, cold rooms, and display refrigerators.
- Repair and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, gas ranges, fryers, exhaust systems, mixers, and food preparation machines.
- Handle basic electrical work such as replacing switches, sockets, lights, MCBs, and troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Perform plumbing repairs including tap leakages, drainage blockages, pipelines, and wash area maintenance.
- Carry out minor civil and carpentry repairs, including racks, shelves, doors, locks, flooring, and wall fixtures.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety and hygiene standards.




- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all commissary equipment.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and service records.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 - 5 years of maintenance experience in a commissary, central kitchen, hotel, restaurant, food production unit, or FMCG manufacturing facility.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, electrical maintenance, and plumbing.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks.
