Role Overview
The role involves developing customer-centric propositions, optimizing digital customer journeys, driving marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition and conversion performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the content marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Identify customer insights and develop compelling propositions to drive lead generation and sales performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to plan, develop, and execute content for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, and achievement of business objectives.

Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

Prepare business requirements, campaign briefs, and performance reports to support decision-making and execution.

Conduct regular audits of websites, landing pages, and customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities and improve user experience.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through performance analysis and recommend enhancements.





Maintain and analyse key business and marketing performance trackers across acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels.

Educational Qualification

MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes.

1-2 years of prior work experience (preferably in Insurance, InsurTech, BFSI, FinTech, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing roles).

Understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition & online business ecosystems.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong customer-centric and analytical mindset.

Experience with digital analytics and user behaviour tools

Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign and customer behaviour data.

Solid stakeholder management, coordination, and project execution skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a bias for action.
