Role & Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound customer queries regarding products, services, or account updates from international clients.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer grievances, analyze their issues, and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain high-quality service standards and adhere to company policies and performance metrics (TAT, CSAT, AHT).
Key Job Highlights
- Salary: 28,000 CTC per month (for Freshers)
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs
- Shifts: US/Night Shifts (Rotational)

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

- Good active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment (specifically night shifts).
