- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update safety procedures, policies, and training programs for the data center operations team.
- Provide guidance on personal protective equipment (PPE) use, emergency response planning, and incident reporting protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards such as OSHA regulations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field (e.g., HSE).
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification in health & safety engineering.
- Strong understanding of hazard identification (HIRA), risk assessment (JSA), and control measures implementation.
- Experience working in a data center workplace with knowledge of DC specific hazards.
