- Manage site execution of projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of electrical systems installation and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders at all levels.
