We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across business and corporate functions at JSW One Platforms. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Support offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Assist in employer branding and employee referral initiatives.
