Role & responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Oversight: Lead end-to-end site operations for luxury real estate projects. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards by monitoring construction progress, resolving site-level issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

2. Stakeholder Management: Manage site teams including contractors, vendors, and consultants. Coordinate with architects, designers, and internal stakeholders to align execution with design intent. Liaise with government authorities for approvals and compliance.

3. Quality & Safety Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control systems. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards.

4. Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets and control costs. Optimize resource allocation and manage procurement schedules.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.



Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones and risks.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelors in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Masters in similar field preferred.

2. Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-end residential/commercial projects.

3. Proven, robust work experience of 8-12 years with reputed firms, minimum 5 years in the luxury segment

4. Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Tech-savvy with knowledge of project management tools and software.

6. Express high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people contractors, architects, vendors, interior designers.

7. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills

8. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
