Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Reviewer to review candidate profiles before submission to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that all profiles meet client requirements, verify the accuracy of candidate information, and maintain high-quality submission standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review candidate profiles for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify that candidates meet the job requirements before submission.
- Check resumes, work experience, educational qualifications, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with recruiters to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize profile rejections.




- Track review status and maintain accurate records.
- Provide feedback to recruiters to improve submission quality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, recruitment quality, or profile review.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment portal is an advantage.
