- At least 4+ Years leading, designing and implementation of 3 to 4 Salesforce projects including digital transformations.
- Experience with Sales, Service and Experience clouds.
- Additional skills like SFS, CPQ, OMS, Omnistudio will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits.
- Strong Experience working with Visual Force pages, Lightning Web components, Apex programming required.
- Strong Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies like SOAP/REST preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Developing high quality,
scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals.
- Contributing to the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, deploy and production support).
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign and development.
- Should be able to work in a multi-vendor environment and able to adapt to the changing needs.
- Staying current on current Salesforce features and functionality and provides recommendations for process improvements.
