- Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills based on work completed.
- Measure quantities from drawings and site measurements.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and measurement records.
- Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB), billing registers, and related documentation.
- Reconcile quantities with BOQ and approved variations.
- Assist in preparing extra item claims and variation statements.
- Ensure all billing documents are complete and submitted on time.
- Maintain billing records, invoices, payment status, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the accounts department regarding billing and payment follow-up.
- Assist in preparing project MIS reports related to billing and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and civil drawings.
- Basic understanding of RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Adequate communication and coordination abilities and attention to detail and accuracy of quantity measurements and billing.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
