We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / HR Trainee to support our Human Resources team within the BFSI domain. This role offers hands on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement while working in a dynamic, fast paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end hiring for BFSI roles (Sales, Operations, Backend, Finance, Customer Service, etc.)
- Source & screen resumes through job portals
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling & feedback with hiring managers
- Post job ads on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and MIS reports
