Feature development, production support, mobile enhancements Key Responsibilities: o Lead the resolution of critical L3 production issues and implement long-term technical improvements/refactoring. o Drive a "Security-First" approach, conducting code reviews and ensuring no shortcuts in data handling or privacy. o Design scalable APIs and manage complex third-party system integrations for SMS, Voice, and Email. Technical Expertise (Must-Have): o Backend: Advanced Microservices architecture, gRPC, HTTP REST, and Kafka for inter-service communication. o Frontend Expert: Mastery of React (Web) and React Native (Mobile - iOS/Android) using Redux for complex state management. o Database: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
