Purpose of the job:

- The role ensures the SAP IBP Optimizer solution meets the needs of Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing teams.
- It serves as the trusted point of contact between business users and the technical team.
- The role translates complex business requirements into effective, reliable system solutions.
- It drives the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP IBP on S/4HANA.
- This enables smooth, optimized, and reliable supply chain planning across all lines of business.
- Ultimately, the role supports the organization's operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Job Description:

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IBP for business users from the Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing teams on S/4HANA.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and align business requirements.




- Map functional business requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop the necessary product configurations to meet planning needs across functions.
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP IBP modules.
- Identify gaps and issues, and develop effective workaround solutions.
- Act as a liaison with business partners for troubleshooting investigate, analyze, and resolve system issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and test results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both recent implementations and ongoing support projects.
- Serve as the bridge between business functions and the technical team.
- Deliver ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work in a self-directed and independent manner; may act as a subject-matter mentor to more junior team members.
