Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Operations Executive with experience in Exit Management, Full & Final (F&F;) Settlement, and Payroll Operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing employee exits and payroll-related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities.
- Process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements accurately.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee clearances, and exit documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) related to employee exits.
- Maintain HR records and resolve employee queries.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12 years of experience in HR Operations, Exit Management, and F&F.;
- Knowledge of Payroll Processing and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
