Head of Interior Design to lead the interior design function across a portfolio of hospitality projects. This role is focused on delivering design excellence aligned with brand standards and project goals, while working closely with internal stakeholders across development, operations, and project management. - Lead the interior design vision and direction across hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market positioning, and operational requirements.
- Development of design concepts, space planning, material and finishes selection, and FF&E; strategies from concept through to execution.
- Establish and uphold interior design guidelines and standards across the portfolio.
- Manage and mentor in-house interior design team, including designers and FF&E; specialists.




- Allocate resources across projects based on priorities, timelines, and workload. Promo

- Coordinate closely with internal teams including architecture, project management, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment throughout design development and execution.
- Review and provide feedback on consultant design submissions to ensure consistency with the overall design brief and project objectives.
- Lead regular internal design reviews and update the Head of Design Management on progress, risks, and key decisions.
